Uxbridge resident writes novel about Expos
Grizzlies fans: Uxbridge resident and one-time Montreal Expos beat writer Danny Gallagher is out with his latest book called Blue Monday: the Expos, the Dodgers and the Home Run That Changed Everything. The book centers around the 1981 Expos. He interviewed 74 people and the book is published by Dundurn Press. It's available at Coles and Blue Heron Books in Uxbridge. The Uxbridge Youth Baseball Association follows the lead of Environment Canada when it comes to thunder and lightning.
