If time constraints prevent you from registering your player(s) on one of the registration dates listed below, please direct your inquiries to our Registrar - Kat Weir. Kat will gladly assist you in the registration process. You can reach Kat via email at registrar@uyba.ca
Registering for the 2012 season
Family Discount: Families with more than one player will be entitled to a $20 discount for each subsequent registration (e.g. two players = $20, three players = $40, four players = $60, etc)
Registering with the Uxbridge Youth Baseball Association is quick and easy.
[1] Download and complete the 2012 UYBA registration form pdf listed below and simply drop it off with your cheque or cash payment at one of our registration sites on one of the dates listed below.
